Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 10, 2026
Last Updated: October 10, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to UnAPI (“UnAPI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://unapi.so, our APIs, infrastructure, developer documentation, authentication services, and other related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

UnAPI is operated by Magillabs Technology Private Limited (“Company”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

UnAPI provides technology infrastructure that enables developers and businesses to integrate supported third-party services into their own applications through APIs.

Depending on availability, our Services may include:

  • API access to supported third-party services.
  • Browser-based automation infrastructure.
  • Authentication and session management.
  • Third-party account connectivity.
  • Messaging and communication APIs.
  • Webhooks and event notifications.
  • API request execution and processing.
  • Technical documentation and developer tools.
  • Related infrastructure and integration services.

UnAPI operates as a technology infrastructure provider.

We do not operate, manage, or control the applications developed by our customers using our APIs.

Customers independently determine how they integrate and use our technology.

UnAPI may introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue particular features or integrations as part of ongoing service development.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use our Services.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for:

  1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  2. Protecting API keys and authentication tokens.
  3. Managing access permissions within your organization.
  4. All activity performed through your account or API credentials.
  5. Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You must not share API credentials with unauthorized parties or knowingly allow others to misuse your account.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized activity, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

4. API Access and License

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, UnAPI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our APIs and documentation for your lawful business purposes.

You may integrate our APIs into your applications, products, or internal systems.

Unless separately authorized, you may not:

  • Resell direct access to UnAPI’s underlying infrastructure as a standalone competing API service.
  • Distribute, publish, or disclose confidential API credentials.
  • Reverse-engineer proprietary infrastructure or authentication mechanisms.
  • Bypass technical restrictions or security controls.
  • Interfere with the availability or integrity of our infrastructure.
  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

You may develop commercial applications using UnAPI and charge your own customers for those applications, provided your use complies with these Terms.

This license does not transfer ownership of any UnAPI technology or intellectual property.

5. Third-Party Integrations and Connected Accounts

UnAPI enables technical interactions with supported third-party platforms.

These integrations may involve authentication, session management, automated actions, communication processing, or retrieval of information from connected accounts.

5.1 Customer Authorization

By connecting an account or submitting authentication credentials, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the account or have valid authorization from its owner.
  • You have permission to perform the requested actions.
  • Your use complies with applicable laws.
  • You have obtained any required notices, permissions, or consents.
  • You will not use the integration to access accounts without authorization.

Customers are solely responsible for the accounts they connect and the actions initiated through those connections.

5.2 Third-Party Terms

Third-party platforms maintain independent terms of service, acceptable use policies, technical restrictions, and enforcement procedures.

Your use of UnAPI does not remove your obligation to comply with those requirements.

You acknowledge that certain forms of automation, authentication, or programmatic access may be restricted or prohibited by third-party platforms.

UnAPI does not guarantee that any integration or customer use case is permitted by a third party.

5.3 Account Restrictions and Suspensions

Third-party platforms may independently:

  • Restrict account functionality.
  • Introduce authentication challenges.
  • Apply rate limits.
  • Block automated activities.
  • Revoke sessions.
  • Temporarily suspend accounts.
  • Permanently terminate account access.

UnAPI does not control these decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UnAPI is not responsible for third-party account restrictions, suspensions, terminations, or other enforcement actions resulting from customers’ use of our Services.

5.4 No Official Affiliation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, UnAPI operates independently of the third-party platforms supported by our infrastructure.

UnAPI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially partnered with LinkedIn Corporation.

References to third-party products and trademarks are provided solely to identify supported integrations.

6. Customer Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

Customers are responsible for all activities conducted through their API access and connected accounts.

You agree to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party requirements, including those relating to:

  • Data privacy and protection.
  • Electronic communications.
  • Anti-spam regulations.
  • Consumer protection.
  • Intellectual property.
  • Cybersecurity and unauthorized access.

You must not use UnAPI to:

  1. Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
  2. Conduct phishing, fraud, impersonation, or identity theft.
  3. Distribute malware or other malicious software.
  4. Harvest personal information unlawfully.
  5. Send communications that violate applicable anti-spam laws.
  6. Circumvent security controls or authentication protections without authorization.
  7. Intentionally overload or disrupt infrastructure.
  8. Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  9. Conduct activities prohibited by applicable law.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary.

7. API Usage, Rate Limits, and Fair Use

UnAPI may apply technical and operational controls to maintain infrastructure stability.

These may include:

  • Concurrent connection limits.
  • Account limits.
  • API request throttling.
  • Usage quotas.
  • Resource allocation restrictions.
  • Security and abuse prevention controls.

Where our pricing or documentation describes API access as unlimited, this generally means that UnAPI does not impose a separately metered request quota on the applicable plan.

It does not guarantee unlimited execution capacity, unrestricted third-party access, or exemption from technical safeguards.

Actual performance and availability may depend on third-party systems, authentication status, infrastructure capacity, and security requirements.

We reserve the right to implement reasonable restrictions to prevent abuse, maintain security, and protect other customers.

We will endeavor to communicate material changes to usage limits where reasonably practicable.

8. Customer Data and Intellectual Property

8.1 Customer Ownership

Customers retain ownership of data, content, applications, and information they submit or process through our Services (“Customer Data”).

UnAPI does not acquire ownership of Customer Data through these Terms.

8.2 Permission to Process Data

You grant UnAPI a limited, non-exclusive right to access, host, transmit, store, and process Customer Data solely as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide requested API functionality.
  • Maintain connected sessions.
  • Return responses and deliver events.
  • Operate and secure the Services.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

This permission extends to authorized service providers assisting in the delivery of the Services, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8.3 Customer Data Responsibilities

You represent that you have all rights and authorizations necessary to submit and process Customer Data.

You are responsible for ensuring your applications comply with applicable privacy laws and contractual obligations.

You must not submit information that you are prohibited from processing or disclosing.

8.4 UnAPI Intellectual Property

UnAPI retains all rights, title, and interest in its:

  • APIs and software.
  • Infrastructure and systems.
  • Technical architecture.
  • Documentation.
  • Proprietary algorithms.
  • Trademarks and branding.
  • Related intellectual property.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to customers.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, and protect personal information.

When customers process personal data through our infrastructure, customers are responsible for establishing a valid legal basis for that processing and complying with applicable privacy obligations.

Depending on the nature of the processing, UnAPI may act as a data processor, service provider, or independent controller.

Where required, additional data processing terms may be established through a separate Data Processing Agreement.

UnAPI may use appropriate subprocessors to provide hosting, storage, network connectivity, security, and other infrastructure services.

Customers authorize the processing of their data to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver the Services, subject to applicable privacy laws and agreements.

10. Pricing, Billing, and Payments

Certain UnAPI Services require payment.

Pricing may be structured around:

  • Connected accounts.
  • Subscription plans.
  • Infrastructure resources.
  • Usage-based charges.
  • Additional services or features.

The applicable fees are described on our website, within the customer dashboard, or in an agreed order form.

10.1 Payment Authorization

By purchasing a paid Service, you authorize UnAPI and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees and taxes to your selected payment method.

10.2 Recurring Billing

Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle until canceled.

You are responsible for canceling a subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

10.3 Price Changes

We may modify our pricing from time to time.

Changes to existing recurring subscriptions will generally take effect at the beginning of a subsequent billing period, following reasonable notice.

10.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails or becomes overdue, we may suspend access to paid features or connected infrastructure until outstanding amounts are resolved.

10.5 Taxes

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and government charges, excluding taxes imposed on UnAPI’s net income.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel subscriptions through available account controls or by contacting support.

Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • Unused subscription time does not qualify for a prorated refund.
  • Charges for services already delivered remain payable.

If UnAPI permanently discontinues a material paid Service before the end of a prepaid period, we may provide an appropriate prorated refund or service credit for the unused portion, as required by law or the applicable agreement.

Any additional refund commitments expressly provided in an order form or separate written agreement will take precedence.

12. Free Trials and Beta Features

UnAPI may provide free trials, promotional credits, early-access functionality, or experimental features.

Such features may be:

  • Modified without prior notice.
  • Subject to additional limitations.
  • Unavailable in certain regions.
  • Discontinued at our discretion.

Beta features may contain defects, interruptions, or incomplete functionality.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, beta features are provided without service-level commitments.

13. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain reliable and secure infrastructure.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to our Services.

Service availability may be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Infrastructure upgrades.
  • Network interruptions.
  • Hosting provider failures.
  • Third-party platform changes.
  • Authentication challenges.
  • Security incidents.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to perform maintenance, address security issues, or protect infrastructure integrity.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material planned interruptions.

Any specific uptime or availability commitments must be established in a separate written Service Level Agreement (SLA).

14. Third-Party Dependencies and Limitations

UnAPI relies on third-party services, network providers, cloud infrastructure, and authentication systems to deliver certain functionality.

These external dependencies may introduce technical limitations or interruptions.

Third-party platforms may modify their websites, authentication requirements, technical interfaces, access policies, or other functionality without notifying UnAPI.

Such changes may temporarily or permanently affect supported integrations.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue affected functionality where necessary.

UnAPI does not guarantee permanent compatibility with any third-party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnAPI is not liable for failures, interruptions, or losses attributable to third-party services outside our reasonable control, subject to any express contractual commitments.

15. Suspension and Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or UnAPI.

You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:

  1. You materially violate these Terms.
  2. You fail to pay outstanding fees.
  3. Your activities create security or operational risks.
  4. We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
  5. Continued service would violate applicable law.
  6. We are required to act by a competent legal or regulatory authority.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to prevent security threats, unlawful conduct, or material harm.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends.

Customer Data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy, contractual commitments, and applicable legal obligations.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or other liabilities incurred before termination.

16. Disclaimers and No Warranties

Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, UnAPI provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Every API request will execute successfully.
  • All third-party connections will remain active.
  • Third-party accounts will remain unrestricted.
  • API responses will always be complete or accurate.
  • Our Services will operate without interruption.
  • Our infrastructure will meet every customer’s technical requirements.
  • Third-party platforms will continue supporting particular functionality.

Customers are responsible for testing integrations, implementing appropriate error handling, securing their applications, and maintaining suitable backups or contingency arrangements.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UnAPI, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of revenue or profits.
  • Loss of business opportunities.
  • Business interruption.
  • Loss or corruption of data.
  • Third-party account suspensions.
  • Failed API requests.
  • Connection interruptions.
  • Losses resulting from third-party platform changes.
  • Damages caused by unauthorized customer integrations.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

(a) The total amount paid by the customer to UnAPI during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

(b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other matters protected by mandatory applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnAPI, its operating company, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services.
  • Applications developed using our infrastructure.
  • Unauthorized access to third-party accounts.
  • Your violation of applicable laws.
  • Your violation of third-party rights.
  • Unlawful communications or data processing.
  • Your material breach of these Terms.

This obligation applies to the extent that a claim results from your conduct, applications, instructions, or Customer Data.

We reserve the right to participate in the defense of any claim covered by this section.

19. Confidentiality

Both parties may receive confidential business or technical information in connection with the Services.

Confidential information may include:

  • Non-public technical documentation.
  • Authentication credentials.
  • Proprietary infrastructure information.
  • Commercial agreements.
  • Customer Data.
  • Non-public pricing or business information.

Each party agrees to use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and to disclose it only when necessary to perform its obligations or where legally required.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available without breach, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source without confidentiality restrictions, or approved for disclosure.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:

  • Service functionality.
  • Infrastructure operations.
  • Pricing or billing practices.
  • Security requirements.
  • Legal and regulatory obligations.

Updated Terms will be published at https://unapi.so/terms.

We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services.

22. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable order forms or written agreements constitute the agreement between you and UnAPI regarding the Services.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. UnAPI may assign its rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or business transfer, subject to applicable law.

Independent Parties: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or agency relationship between UnAPI and its customers.
